IMMEDIATE HIRE! Exciting Employment Opportunity! Position available at our Santa Rosa manufacturing facility and looking to hire asap. Opportunity for a special individual who values nature and botanical herbal formulas, someone who believes that herbal formulas are a valuable part of health care. You will enjoy being involved as a steward in the production and distribution of our formulas. The position is hourly and 40 hours a week. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:20. To apply for this position please provide the following via email: 1. References Duties of the Position: • Relief for shipping and receiving position • Stirring of formulas morning and afternoon • Bottling formulas • Upholding GMP standards for manufacturing (we will train) • Grinding herbs for formula prep • Labeling • Sealing bottles • Boxing formulas • Pressing herbal formulas • Filling out detailed forms • Maintaining accurate records • Cleaning and sanitizing workstations • Quality Control • Making formulas • Keeping herb and supply inventory Position Requirements: • Motivated to help others live healthier lives • Friendly and relaxed demeanor • Punctual • Non-smoker who does not wear any scented products such as: perfume, hairspray, scented shampoo, essential oils, scented lotions or deodorant • Ability to fill out paperwork and follow detailed procedures and instructions • Someone with good personal hygiene • Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time • Able to take direction and work independently as well as with others • Ability to lift 40lbs • Ability to multi-task • Good verbal and written communication • Positive attitude, committed to quality in each task • Organizational skills • Accurate and responsible with details • Someone conscientious with their own health is a plus • Experience with Food or Manufacturing a plus • Food Safety and/or GMP training a plus (will provide training) Benefits Include: • Company Health Insurance • Paid vacation days based on years employed • Three paid sick days per year • Six paid holidays per year • Supportive, calm and engaging work environment
