Rehoming Max 8 month old Belgiun Malinois

We just aren't a good fit for max. He has so much potential but need the time and attention and we are gone at work 12 hours a day. Hes 9 months, born around September 2020. Up to date on all shots and intact. Asking $500 rehoming fee with home check. Hes high energy, with high drive. Needs someone to take the time to train him. Good with kids but sometimes doesn't pay attention and may bump into them. Hes ok with my chihuahua and leaves him alone for the most part but he just wants to play, we have small pittbull that we keep them apart but when they happen to get throgh the gate they just played, hes reactive to other dogs on leash though and chases cats. He doesn't jump on me too much but does jump on others. He knows sit, down, wait, come, leave it, but looses focus and needs more work with walking. He needs a lot of work! I'm looking for someone with experience with this breed.
