Structure Properties is seeking an on call Maintenance Technician / Handy Man to provide general maintenance and repair services to our portfolio of single family, duplex’s, and apartment buildings. Looking for someone who takes great pride in doing a good job and overall cares about providing great service. We are a well-established, owner-operated full real estate and management company based in Milwaukee, WI. Requirements: • Minimum 2-4 years of maintenance experience preferred • Experience with drywall, painting, caulking, and grouting • Experience with windows, doors, appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, and door lock repairs/replacements, as well as carpentry, ceramic tile and flooring installation. • HVAC experience and certifications strongly preferred • Plumbing and electrical experience and certifications strongly preferred • Must provide own hand and power tools • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers • Open to change and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Must present the ability to execute job duties under stressful circumstances, such as last-minute deadlines or other difficult situations • Must have basic computer skills • Must be willing to be on call and/or after-hours emergencies • Must possess a dependable means of transportation and valid driver's license Please apply!
