We are seeking Experienced Carpenters We are looking for driven individuals to join our team with 5 plus years of experience. Applicants must possess good communication skills, mechanical skills, and the ability to work individually or in a team. A clean driving record and reliable transportation is a must. Work is completed Monday through Friday, on rare occasion weekends. Carpenters are considered subcontractors and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. We perform a simple background check on all those that apply. Rate of pay depends on experience ranging from $20 to $30 per hour. Duties include but not limited to: 1. Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients 2. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding 3. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials 4. Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes 5. Erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware 6. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures 7. Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers Please submit a cover letter and resume to: [email protected]
