Job Description BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction site/homes. Responsible for the cleanup of all debris to include shingles, garbage, nails etc. Assist roofers with any job needs. JOB TASKS • Assist in the set up of job site. Assure that all landscaping and homeowners property are protected from the tear off of shingles.• Tear off of the roof with the team. • Clean up of debris, all shingles, garbage, nails, and anything on the site that is due to the tear off of job. Must be very detailed in clean up.• Go over areas with magnet to pick up all hidden nails.• Act as a runner for roofers. Laborer must listen for the needs of the roofer and assist in order to make the job go smooth and quick. Fetching tools, hauling up bundles of shingles, or other material.• End of the day, laborer must do a walk through inspection of the job site to assure no debris is left behind. Must have drivers license and must not have fear of heights. Must be willing to work at multiple locations throughout Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, Walworth, and Waukesha Counties.
