Marine Mechanic "Experience Only Apply" FULL TIME The role of our Marine Mechanic must be highly skilled and knowledgeable on all brands of outboard motors for repair mechanically and electrically with all components. Must be able to inspect, test all motor components and all electric components of a boat/motor to determine the failing factors and repair with precise systems, parts in place. Experience in the marine industry a must, non certified in brand is acceptable, must be willing to learn and advance into certification paid by company. This position will also sometimes perform rigging of equipment onto boat and other duties asked in the area of the shop and by management. Must be able to perform part orders on a computer system, basic typing experience a plus. Interact with customers needs and management request to perform mechanics of service tickets and perform duties in a timely manner. Must be able to handle weather climates and work unsupervised and with other team members. This position is a I-9 contract labor job with no health insurance, no 401K, we do pay lunch hour and time off, we are flexible in schedule. Pay is set by experience/certification or training Marine Rigger/Shop Assistant/Lot Attendant/Detailer "Marine Experience a PLUS" This is a part time (25-35) Hours a week- I-9 contract labor position Full Time will be available (seasonal) Role of this position is to assistant in maintaining organization of the cleanliness of the shop/lot area, stocking supplies and other related duties. Maintain the lot/building and surrounding areas with light trash cleanup. Detail new/pre owned boats and all components with handling of chemicals and other cleaning agents. Interact friendly and professionally with customers on the lot, work well with other team members and management. Willing to learn a trade if needed to assist in marine rigging of equipment on boats or other duties needed. Must be able to handle weather climates and work unsupervised and with other team members. This position is a I-9 contract labor job with no health insurance, no 401K, we do pay lunch hour and time off, we are flexible in schedule. Pay is set to start at $12 hour Our business Hours (Willing to work) Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm
