Must be self driven, and a self driven safety leader. Multi tasking and juggling priorities is a daily routine and with that comes a need for sound judgement making. LafargeHolcim’s Centralia Terminal is in need of a terminal operator to help run daily operations. The facility ships cementitious products in bulk trucks and rail This position requires the physical ability to climb ladders and open truck lids for a 12 hour day. Over a period of time, the position can offer opportunities to learn about using the control panel to load trucks and rail, along with training on trackmobile operations and various other equipment as needed. We will train and provide knowledge in business computer systems, customer service, railroad operations, and environmental stewardship systems. There is no shortage of opportunities to operate square point shovels and brooms as well. Cleanliness is a big part of our team. Base hourly rates could start out at $20- $22 depending on experience and have an opportunity to see increased annual pay with an annual evaluation of soft and hard skills. We have a competitive benefits package that includes vacation, holidays, healthcare and 401k contributions. Our working days are Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.
