This position starts as a temporary hourly paid position with the opportunity for promotion to a permanent position after 2 months. Permanent positions include:  - a retention bonus of $750 - year-round work - benefits - vacation - greater pay Our maintenance division is looking for CREW MEMBERS to complete a variety of cleaning, repair, and installation services to the exterior of apartment buildings and HOA communities mostly from South Seattle to Olympia and the Peninsula to Port Townsend. Requirements: -willing to work individually with a team mentality -comfortable walking and working on 2-4 story roofs with safety gear -capable of moving and climbing ladders in a safe manner -able to work in a physically demanding environment -willing to work outdoors, including during inclement weather -able and willing to drive your own vehicle to different job sites -provide excellent customer service through the quality of your work -good driving record Some examples of our scopes of work include: -gutter cleaning, repair, and installation -dryer vent cleaning and repair -chimney cleaning and repair -roof cleaning -window washing -pressure washing ---------------------------------------------------- Apply today!
