JERSEY CITY, NJ — Shoppers can once again enjoy a stroll through Journal Square and shop along the way. That's right, Journal Square's sidewalk sales are back. The Journal Square Special Improvement District announced on Thursday the revival of the sidewalk sales this season. As temperatures rise and the sun sticks around a bit longer, the sales are the perfect way to take in the sights and weather in the square while supporting Journal Square businesses. The sales will start on June 3rd and run through December 5th. The Journal Square SID is also encouraging businesses to join the sidewalk sales by obtaining a permit from the city and posting it in the doorway of the business. The dates for the sidewalk sales are as follows: June 3-6July 1-5August 5-8September 2-6September 30October 1-3November 4-7December 2-5 Journal Square Sidewalk Sales are back!
