SEEKING CASE LAW to dispute contract signed under duress

I'm am seeking relevant case law to challenge an agreement signed under extreme duress, especially in family law. If you are an advocate for the underdog and know anything about any florida case law or can research it and/or if you know of a case that has been decided in favor of the party who signed a marital settlement agreement under duress, please forward that case to me. There has to be something out there. I have been trying to research Florida supreme court cases but I have a learning disorder and have trouble understanding what I am reading. I need grounds to challenge this executed agreement; something that a judge will consider. thank you.
