Astrodyne TDI is hiring for a SMT Operator Technician Temp who will perform physical and administrative tasks involved in operating and maintaining stencil printing and pick and place equipment. Additionally, the SMT Operator Technician Temp will provide assistance in the SMT stockroom and perform other duties as required. WORK PERFORMED: Operates and maintains all stencil printing equipmentOperates and maintains all pick and place equipmentAssists the SMT stock room to perform cycle counts, pick kits, and put stock away as requiredPerform other duties as required EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED: High School Diploma/GED required YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous experience operating and maintaining stencil printing and pick and place equipment for SMT operations is preferred. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Good communication skills; both verbally and in writingAbility to work from parts’ listsGood mechanical aptitudeCounting accuracy Good organization skills Prior experience in SMT operations would be helpfulMust be able to read and understand Bill of MaterialsExperience with MS OfficeAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.
