Found - Orange Cat named "Entei"

We found this cat on Sunday in Spanaway/Puyallup region (224th St E). He's extremely friendly but half-starved. His name is "Entei" and he's 9 years old, according to the Microchipping service. Unfortunately they're unable to reach the owners 😕 He is male, neutered, and still has all his claws. He has distinctive freckles on his nose and lower-lip.
