Job Title: Landscape Construction Foreman Salary Range: $20-$25/hr depending on experience $1000 bonus after 90 days of employment* Southern Exposure Landscape has been providing quality landscaping to Northern Colorado since 2000. We are currently looking to hire an experienced landscape foreman. The position is a year-round position. Description: • Effectively leading and motivating large crews on installs • Remove/tear out existing landscapes • Dig holes and trenches • Install irrigation systems • Haul rock, mulch, cobble, and other landscape materials • Install moss rock and flagstone walls, patios, and walkways • Install lighting systems • Lay sod • Plant perennials, shrubs, and trees • Operate equipment to accomplish above as needed • Ability to follow company safety procedures • On time completion of paperwork Requirements: • Must have 4+ years of experience • Must be comfortable reading plans • Knowledgeable regarding irrigation installation • Knowledgeable regarding hardscape and planting • Able to operate heavy equipment • Driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record • Must be insurable • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred *may be revoked if employee is written up for a policy violation
