Indoor Cannabis Grow Technician Position openings in Medford, Oregon Job Overview Grown Rogue is a rapidly growing, publicly traded, multi-state, cannabis operator looking for talented Indoor Grow Technicians who can help us take our best in class facilities, and product yields, to the next level. At Grown Rogue you will be an important member of our talented and collaborative team that has been cultivating premium cannabis for over a decade having transitioned from medical to recreational in Oregon where we have two Tier II Sungrown farms and a 17,000 sq ft indoor facility. The recent addition of an 80,000 sq ft facility in Michigan to our portfolio will only increase the exciting opportunities for advancement that exist at Grown Rogue. Job responsibilities will include plant preparation, plant care, staking, trellising, pruning, irrigation/fertigation, integrated pest management, foliar feeding, training, transplanting, cleaning, harvesting, bucking and ensuring compliance is maintained with all local and state regulations. Responsibilities and Duties · Responsible for all growing implementation including transplanting, filling pots, irrigation, nutrient applications, integrated pest management, pruning, trellising, plant heath, plant care, harvesting, drying, and curing; · Responsible for harvesting plants in preparation for processing; · Plant preparation and care; · Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility and working areas; · Handle, mix, and apply pesticides in a manner that is compliant with all rules and regulations; · Integrated Pest Management; · Responsible for maintaining the quality of the grow; · All other job duties as assigned Qualifications · OLCC Worker Permit (Oregon only) · Must be willing to relocate · Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results while adapting to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities · Manages own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals · Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs · Must be able to work 40 hours per week consistently · Must have reliable transportation Grown Rogue pays competitive rates based on individual experience level
