We have both full time and part time positions available. Pay rate is based on experience. This position is located in the same building each day and no traveling is required during your shift. Duties include: Completing daily rounds checking on condition of equipment and taking meter readings Responding to service calls for issues throughout the building Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting a plus Good communication skills are required Ability to troubleshoot by using all resources available to solve the issue Must be a team player and works well with others Desire to learn something new every day.
