HandyMan/Carpenter/Contractor Type Wanted for Various Projects

My household is looking for a creative handyman/carpenter/contractor type who ideally has experience building permanent structures and feels confident in all the skills required for building,. We are looking to build a greenhouse in the backyard as well as catio(outdoor cat enclosure) for our cats. We could potentially have more projects/work down the line for the right person. Additionally, we are looking for someone who would be willing to help us build these structures using reclaimed materials, pallets, etc. if we provided all the needed materials. Lastly, we are individuals looking to learn and grow and would like someone who would allow us to work along side them. Our ideal candidate would lead all the projects and allow us to assist in the process as a means to understand it. You could potentially have up to additional 3 pairs of hands, at a minimum always 1 extra and likely always 2. Also, we're a pretty easy going and fun bunch! We typically make our work here feel much lighter together! We can discuss what feels like a reasonable compensation given the circumstances.
