This job includes a variety of tasks making apartments ready for new residents in the Ellwood area, and will include simple plumbing and electrical, painting and other maintenance work. You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. We will provide training, though experience is helpful.
Mornings, 8 to noon. Wage is negotiable, depending on experience.
