Gibbsassembly is hiring! Must be 18 years or older. We provide training and are available to answer questions or issues that you may run into while working. WE assemble items such as grills, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, lawn mowers and gazebos. Some experience preferred but not needed, we will gladly show you the ropes. You must be on time, dressed clean and able to read in english or spanish. And have the ability and drive to learn quickly. Must be able to work 8am-4pm during the week and would prefer weekend availability. It takes 2 weeks to get your first paycheck but after that you will get paid weekly. You make a percentage of your invoices built for the day, we start people off at 45% and after a month or two we will bump it up so long as you are showing up on time, doing what you are supposed to be doing and not calling out all the time. Our employees even at 45% are averaging $300-$600 a week. This is a 1099 job, so we do not take taxes out and you are able to write off a list of different things on your taxes. Everything you assemble comes with an assembly guide so even after you are done with training your not on your own. You will need basic tools: a drill. Sockets, socket adapter, bits for your drill, box cutter, pliers, and screw drivers along with any other tools you would want to use.
