We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Construction Manager! Maximum Comfort Pool & Spas (MCPS) is hiring a Construction Manager to direct all activities of the construction department as we create incredible pools, spas, and other outdoor recreational environments. This position has direct responsibility for the bottom line performance of the department. As such, the Construction Manager leads the construction teams and manages the materials and equipment needed for each job to ensure excellence in the construction process while still making a profit. Major areas of responsibility include personnel management, scheduling, purchasing, job accounting and customer relations. This position requires some travel to manage projects around the state. MCPS offers excellent compensation and benefits! Salary range $90k - $95k Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance. MCPS pays approximately 50% of the premium for the employee’s medical coverage. Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan in conjunction with active medical coverage. MCPS will reimburse the employee up to 50% of the plan deductible. Health Savings Account (HSA) which is a tax savings plan (often the savings is upwards of 20%) if enrolled in a medical insurance plan. 401k retirement plan with company match up to 4%!
