Asphalt Operator - CDL Required Advanced Striping and Sealcoating is looking for a hardworking individual with a background in construction to join our team. This position will perform a variety of physical tasks including: - Using hand tools & power tools - This position will also require a Class A CDL driver to operate our International 9200 Dump Truck, to haul asphalt from the asphalt plant, to the job site. - Running equipment to apply asphalt and asphalt products (skid-steer, mini x, mill) *Note: If you have your Class A CDL, but don't know how to operate the above mentioned machinery, we will teach you!* Responsibilities: • Positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers • Jobsite cleaning, operating equipment and maintenance. • Follow direction of the Supervisor with regards to daily production schedule, safety, and activities. • Operate trucks to transport equipment to and from job sites. • Responsible for reporting problems and malfunctions with equipment and/or machinery to supervisor and/or shop personnel. • Maintain a clean job site and equipment • Understand material handling and storage in compliance with SDS sheets. • Must provide excellent service to the customer Position Requirements: • CDL Required • 18 years of age with experience in construction • Stand and move for 8+ hours • Walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch without difficulty • Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs • Valid driver’s license absents of major infractions over the prior 3 years. • High School Diploma/GED
