Well their is many benefits of a sound bath but each person has a unique experience. But the benefits can be Relaxation, increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness and access to inner visionary experience. This one is Gongs Only, we will not be using the other instruments on 05/29/2021 What we offer is first we start you out with a meditation, then start with the gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments that are needed to bring you deep into relaxation and hopefully a Journey of your very own. Each person has said to have very unique experiences and feel they gain something each time they come to one of our sound baths.
