About this Position SeeScan is currently seeking the right person to join our team as a full-time Entry Level Injection Molding Technician to work during our evening shift. In this position, you will be responsible for interacting with injection molding machines and handling molds and materials to ensure effective workflow and quality of the evening shift. In this position, you will • Work with injection molding machines to facilitate the creation of molded parts • Handle molds and materials to ensure effective workflow and quality of the evening shift • Use knives, cutters, and other hand and power equipment as needed to trim and degate plastic molded parts • Keep a neat and tidy work area About You • Good dexterity working with your hands, with the ability to use clippers and other related deburring instruments • Ability to remain flexible with different tasks and changing priorities • Ability to work well with others as part of a team to meet objectives • Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag potential issues as they arise to minimize scrap • Willing to take constructive criticism as part of a continuous improvement process • Able to meet the physical requirements of the job including lifting, bending, twisting, etc. • Excellent communications skills • Desire to learn new skills and techniques We offer • A position within an established company, growing from humble beginnings in our founder’s garage to a team of over 300 • A culture of transparency, growth, and innovation • Traditional and Roth 401(k) investment options, with a current company matching contribution of up to $50 per paycheck (biweekly) • Flexible Paid Time Off plan with no cap or “use it or lose it” requirement If this position is of interest, please apply online at.
