IPG- Investment Property Group is currently seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician\Groundskeeper to work at our manufactured home communities, Monta Loma, in Springfield, OR. Responsibilities include maintenance & general labor at the property.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete daily light maintenance, janitorial, plumbing and electrical duties at the property
Mow lawns and maintain landscaping in common areas.
Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues.
Complete work orders within 24 hours
Follow a preventative maintenance schedule
Secure, repair and maintain any equipment owned by the mobile home community
Wear any uniform that is provided during work hours
Driving company vehicles (pick up truck and snow plow)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 year of property maintenance experience a PLUS
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Work efficiently under minimum supervision
Promote positive, proactive resident relations
Lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds unassisted
Able to work weekends as needed
Use hand tools, and landscaping equipment as necessary
Excellent customer service
