Part Time Needed for home projects and more

I need an individual to assist me with various projects around the home that need attention. There is a bit of gardening needed. We will install a total of 22 concrete blocks (and fill with cement). I need to remove and move one small section of wood fence (and build a bit more). Next week I have wrought iron fencing arriving that needs to be installed in another part of the home and I need help with this too. There are other things as well and we can get into that if you seem to be the person for the job. Some things I will show you what to do and you will work on your own but most things I will be working with you as well. I am a licensed CA General Contractor for close to 30 years so you will learn the correct way to do things. I am flexible with the hours but I normally work from 10-4 give or take monday thru friday but some days I need to go out so your days may be shorter than this. You could work all or part of this but I definitely need a minimum requirement of 20+ hours a week from you to be considered. The job starts at $15 per hour but if you have skills, the future work is where you will get paid more. Once again, if you are considered for the job I will explain this to you when we meet. You need to either live in PB or have a reliable vehicle. Finally, safety is my number one priority on the job. What you do on your off time is non of my business but when you are here, there is no smoking (of any kind), no drinking, gloves and eye protection required and necessary when needed.
