Rehoming Small Dog

I have a male 7 month old pup I need to rehome. He is loved and cared for and would do anything to keep him, but my neighbors have complained of my baby being "aggressive". I am not in the position to move at the moment and hate having to lose my pup, but it's either rehome my baby, or the humane society is contacted. Dino is not aggressive in anyway and I have attempted to show the property manager how my baby is, but due to the one neighbor constantly making false complaints about him, we were notified to have him go, or we must all go. Dino is a Chihuahua Terrier mix. We do not know the exact breed, but the vet thinks he may be mixed with Jack Russell. If you would like more informative or pictures, please contact me. Thank you.
