I gave my old cat, who had a limp from arthritis, this liquid over the last 6 years. She liked it. Dosing instruction are on the bottles. They expire June, 2022. Two bottles are new and sealed. One is full but opened and is refrigerated. The maker says it's not necessary to refrigerate this liquid but it can't hurt. The cat, unfortunately, died of old age about a month ago. I used one dose out of the opened bottle. I'm sure that bottle is just as good as the others. Because she was 10 pounds, one bottle lasted 270 days, about 9 months. A bottle is 8 fluid ounces.
The maker's website is www.synflexamerica.com. You can buy it directly from them. Or you can get the open bottle from me for $15, the sealed bottles each for $20, all three for $50. They also make a formulation for humans. I THINK the difference is taste. Like I said, my cat liked this stuff. I used to give it to her with a plastic syringe. I'll give you one with each bottle if you want.
The maker recommends:
Up to 10 pounds - 1/16 teaspoon per day (270 doses per 8 ounce bottle, 1 dose per day)
10-40 pounds - 1/8 teaspoon per day (135 days per bottle)
40-100 pounds - 1/4 teaspoon per day (65 days per bottle)
Over 100 pounds - 1/2 teaspoon per day (32 days per bottle)
