SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday HOURS: 4pm to 8pm preferred We are flexible on hours, can do as early as 2:30pm to as late as 9pm, up to 5 days a week and can work around school or other job obligations. Total hours will be 25 or less hours a week. No weekend shifts. We also have full time M-F 7am to 3:3pm positions with benefits available! Contact us for information! POSITION: POWDER COAT PREP I, PART TIME COMPENSATION: $14/hr starting, DOE for experience JOB DUTIES: - Cleaning of parts per powder coat dept leads instructions (using "Grime Fighter" cleaning solution ) - Masking of parts per drawings, work orders, or instruction (tape, paper, cardboard, silicone plugs for threads) - Hanging of parts with CV hooks as instructed by painter - Moving racks, pallets, and carts around powder coat dept - Unracking and quality checking of finished parts (training required) - Move parts from department to department on pallet jacks - Basic cleaning duties; dusting/vacuuming, cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, organizing tools, emptying trash cans etc. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position is performed in a climate controlled warehouse at an assembly table, but will require both sitting and standing depending on the task. - Will be required to wear a mask for entire shift - Must follow CDC social distancing and hand washing requirements - Good verbal and written communication - Ability to read, interpret and fill out written forms for internal work processes - Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment - Good hygiene, shower daily - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. - No baggy or loose fitting clothes or jewelry. - Comfortable close-toed shoes. NOTES: Parts can have sharp corners or edges. PPE is provided, but caution is required. Headphones and music are allowed while working, but please be respectful of coworkers.
