To the guy walking the German Shepard on Oakdell by Danny Kaye and Roanoke Run. You usually see me walking my small dog inside the Condo complex or driving by on my way home for lunch. You always give me smile. I said hey one time but you kept walking. I saw you thursday morning at 8:30 as my dog barked at your dog. I'd love to make a connection and talk.
