I have three rat brothers that I need to rehome. They are absolute angels and have never bitten anyone. They all allow you to pick them up from the cage. They all have different personalities - there’s Teddy, the curmudgeonly old man- doesn’t like to be held as much but will climb all over you and eat out of your hand. He will play, he just prefers to be mobile. Ru is a rex with curly fur and whiskers. He is shy, but loves to ride in your pocket or on your shoulder. He also loves taking treats and sitting in your lap while he eats them. Then there is my baby, Peanut. He is loving and kind and always wants attention and to be held. He will lick you and jump up into your arms for cuddles. It breaks my heart to rehome these sweet guys, but my children are not giving them the attention they deserve. Rats are very social and need time spent on them and lots of enrichment.... I gave my kids an ultimatum and they haven’t stepped up. The rats come with every single thing you’ll need for them- including a critter nation cage and a play pen. There will be a rehoming fee to ensure they are going to a home that will take care of them. They cannot be separated, they are bonded. Also, I would prefer an experienced rat owner.
