The Medve Group, Inc is actively seeking experienced Maintenance Techs at Barton Hills Apartments. This important position will perform various duties necessary to maintaining and enhancing the value of our beautiful community. Duties: • Prepare units to move-in ready condition • Performs various community maintenance functions • Responds to resident service requests and issues • Maintain activity log • Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager Requirements: • Previous related experience • Assist with on-call responsibilities • HVAC certification is highly preferred This is an essential service position and available for immediate hire.
