Cinder Block Retaining Wall Work

Someone experienced with masonry (pls describe your experience) to build a low retaining wall of cinder blocks for my front yard. The wall would be about 12 ft x 8 ft and 24" high (3 levels). If I supplied the materials, please text me a rough estimate of what you would charge for labor to build that wall? In addition, we would want also to add a layer of stucco to that wall, add some new areas of concrete sidewalks, fix concrete sidewalk. For the right person, I am ready to greenlight this project.
