We are seeking an Operations Supervisor that can oversee our daily operations. We are a bio hazard remediation company that services Sacramento and surrounding areas. We work very closely with with local and federal government agencies remediating bio hazards, so strong communication skills are required. The job includes managing 24 staff members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The applicant would respond to requests for service, dispatch crews, establish a work flow for daily operations, scheduling, and on-scene supervision. This job requires 24/7/365 response, as our company is never closed. We respond in the middle of the night on Christmas, New Years and your birthday. As the supervisor, the response is merely making sure the right staff member responds in a timely fashion. The job requires communication with government officials on a daily basis. These agencies are local police departments, the sheriff's office, city and county officials, the Mayor's office, and many federal agencies. We communicate with these agencies via text, email and phone on a 24 hour basis, so a quick response is imperative. The job requires strong organization and communication skills.
