Pierce Family Pool Service is a family owned business located in Richardson, TX. We pride ourselves in delivering great service to homeowners in the extended Dallas area. We are looking for Pool Technicians who are dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, and energetic to join our team. We welcome trained pool service professionals as well as those new to the industry. We offer competitive pay, flexible work hours, and enjoyable work environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outside with minimal oversight. It is important that in this position you are responsive and respectful of the wishes of our customers while treating them with a great measure of respect. This position is responsible for providing excellent “top end” service, handling all chemicals with care, and being sure that all processes are complete before leaving each job site. This is a 1099 position. Responsibilities: Each Pool Technician must be able to handle the following responsibilities: • Oversee and execute a pool service route that includes netting, backwashing, brushing vacuuming and balancing water chemistry. • Use a smartphone: to take pictures and record reports through our pool cleaning application • Must be able to spot and report repairs that need to be completed at each pool to the office as needed. Requirements: • Good Communicator • Excellent Work Ethic • Friendly • Dependable - even in bad weather • Have smart phone for route • Driver’s license • Valid Social Security Number • Ability to pass background check • Seasoned pool cleaner a plus, but no experience needed (willing to train the right person)
