Description
Seeking an immediate full time maintenance technician. Must have knowledge of plumbing, light electrical work, familiar with installing flooring, experience with painting and turnovers, pool maintenance (CPO would be great), good at communication, able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision, fast paced, reliable, ability to adapt to quick changes, and able to begin immediately.
