We are looking for an experienced janitor to perform the daily cleaning at two of our office buildings This is a full-time position with benefits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping of flooring and stairs. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms and kitchens. Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas. Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles, as necessary. Cleaning windowsills and windows. Maintain janitor closets and equipment in a clean, organized, safe and operable condition. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
