Position: Kitchen Manager
The Huckleberry Restaurant in downtown Louisville is hiring a Kitchen Manager for community-based American Comfort Food Concept, with large-scale bakery production and breakfast/lunch focus; serving breakfast and lunch daily;
Qualified applicants will have: production experience in a high-volume concept (2+ years); minimum of 2 years as a Manager required; excellent leadership and organizational skills; desire to work in conjunction with ownership; great line skills; strong willingness to become part of a community; communication skills to delegate and consolidate tasks; professional and personal integrity; wide-open scheduling flexibility;
Job Requirements will include, but not be limited to: hiring and training staff; development of breakfast and lunch menus; ordering, receiving and inventory; management of full-scale bakery; maintaining an immaculate kitchen and adhering to all local and company health standards; line shifts; execution of off-site catering events;
