Full time position available for property maintenance person for our mobile home communities and rental homes in Erin and Wellsburg, NY. Flexible hours possible. Job Description: * Assist community manager with daily maintenance activities at mobile home parks * Complete assigned work orders for repairs, cleanup and grounds work * Learn park rules and regulations and assist in enforcing them * Training in utility maintenance, water, sewer etc. Job Requirements: * Experience in repair/remodeling of homes or apartments a plus * Willingness to learn new skills * Valid drivers license Compensation: -Full-time position with pay based on experience -Health insurance available -Paid vacation/holidays HOW TO APPLY: - Apply through craigs list post
