Costume Character Meet & Greet - Encore Nationwide seeking seeking Costume Characters & Handlers for a fun Meet & Greet at the Fresno Grizzles Baseball Game! Get ready for an action-packed evening with your favorite cartoon characters. PJ Masks characters will make four 30-minute appearances at the Fresno Grizzles baseball game against Stockton Ports. Appearances will be social distanced and against a branded character backdrop. Handler will assist the characters and event manager. You should be comfortable being in a costume for an extended period of time and understand “mascot rules” - no talking in costume, no taking off the head while in front of event attendees. STAFFING CRITERIA: 3 Costume Characters – experienced and reliable (1) 5’0 – 5’2’’, slim build (1) 5’3’’ – 5’4’’, slim build (1) 5’7’’ – 5’9’’, slim build 1 Handler/Assistant** – personable and reliable; MUST be willing to step in as Costume Character if needed (higher pay rate would apply) DATE/TIMES/LOCATION: Saturday, June 19: 5:30PM-10:00PM Fresno Grizzles Baseball Game Chukchansi Park 1800 Tulare St Fresno, CA 93721 STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: -All staff will receive an email two business days prior to event start date with arrival & parking instructions, onsite contact information, wardrobe requirements and any character training materials -Staff will be trained onsite Onsite activation responsibilities -Costume Character: pose for photos with guests, staying in character and animated throughout duration of event -Handler/Assistant: assist costume characters and Oasis Event Manager as needed ATTIRE: Costume Characters -Please dress in comfortable, tight fitting athletic attire (including socks) -Women should wear sports bras -All costume needs and shoes will be provided Handlers / Assistants -Please wear tan/khakis pants, a neutral polo and clean tennis shoes -If staff do not own khakis and / or a polo, non-distressed dark denim and any unbranded neutral color shirt okay PAY RATES: (W2 – Paid via DD on July 2) Costume: $35HR Handler: $25HR (if needed for costume, will be changed to higher rate) Email: getstaff @ encorenationwide.com Subject: PJ Masks - FresnoCL Please reply with ALL of the following: • First And Last Name: • Current Cell#: • Current Photo(s), 1 must be full length photo • How tall are you?
