Quaglino Properties is a family owned and operated business established in San Luis Obispo in 1922. Quaglino Properties develops, invests, manages and maintains commercial and multi-family developments of family owned properties. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to carry-out our building maintenance services.
The job duties and responsibilities will include;
Cleaning and disinfection of all common areas of office buildings and residential mixed use properties.
Residential move-outs, Carpet steam cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, hard surface flooring cleaning
Painting and other building maintenance
Working with sub-contractors on projects
Lock re-keying
Light parking lot maintenance
Tenant move-outs
Ability to trouble shoot and make repairs in a timely manner
Responding to tenant issues
All phases of building and site maintenance
Must have a clean driving record.
