Preferred Qualifications: -1-3 years of on-site construction experience preferred -Experience using hand and power tools -Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen -A valid driver's license -High School graduate, GED or equivalent -Must be able to follow directions from Foreman and have a positive attitude -Must be able to pass a background check and pass a drug test Responsibilities: -Clear and prepare site for construction -Assist in building structures for tower sites -Mix and pour concrete -Unload and load materials for job site -Dig trenches -follow safety measures for Civil Field work -other duties as assigned Benefits -Prevailing Wage: $28 - $36/hour depending on job classification -Overtime -Direct deposit weekly -Potential for permanent position
