Description

We are looking for a handyman to perform repairs to homes where wildlife have damaged the soffits, eaves and overhangs or other facia board areas. The ideal handyman would be able to: -Remove existing facia boards; -Replace existing facia boards; -Install an overlay in soffit area over existing damage; -Caulk, seal and paint the area to match the exterior trim colors. A typical job would range from repairing one entry area to repairing multiple entry areas. We would prefer to subcontract this work out. Must be able to work on two story residential properties and work independently. This would be a great opportunity for someone wanting to grow their handyman company and/or a good quality handyman looking for filler work. These jobs are predominantly in the Frisco, Mckinney, Celina, Prosper, Little Elm, The Colony and North Dallas areas.
