Opening for Maintenance Person for 100+ Apartment Complex. Needed to turn over (clean and repair) apartments to rent. Experience in painting, woodworking, some electrical and plumbing, hanging blinds, light fixtures, drywall repair and other associated duties. A/C and Appliance repair a plus. Full time (part time possible), must be willing to work weekends if necessary. Have own tools. Needed immediately. Apartment possible. Flexible hours.
