LIVE IN Very Part Time assistant for 5 one bedroom apartment house. Duties include: shoveling sidewalk in winter, a little yard work -small yard, weedwacking- sweep (not mowing), occasional vacuum stairs, and once in a while help with checking smoke alarms, check cellar, help tenants- for example a smoke alarm going off, etc. Owner lives 3 hours away. It helps if you can do Handiman stuff like occasional plumbing but not necessary (will pay extra for skilled assistance if needed). 3 references required. Must be able to climb stairs to 3rd floor attic apartment. You will live in updated attic apartment-Small one-bedroom open concept, new stainless stove, new baseboard elec. heat, new shower, all new electric, newly all painted, new flooring. Includes parking in lot and hot water, you pay electric/heat. Mohawk municipal. All duties are paid in exchange for lowered rent. The usual rent is $695.00 per month, you pay $595.00.
