This is part time employment, 20-80 hours a month, most locations are in Oshkosh or Omro, sometimes Berlin.. You must have transportation, I pay some gas allowance and travel time to get to where we're working on a particular day. I'm immediately searching for an assistant(s) for my activities that include: Gardening, planting, weed control, harvesting and preserving/freezing vegetables for future consumption. Lawn care, landscaping, operation of mowers, weed wackiest etc. General cleaning, detailing of vehicles, my shop, garage, basement and other storage facilities. Light construction/maintenence help with my rentals and other owned properties. Carpentry skills a plus, but simply being able to follow instructions at minimum. Mechanical, mainly small engine equipment, nothing heavy duty or complex. Mechanical abilities weigh heavily on the hourly wages paid. I'm not expecting, or will I be willing to pay the wages of a master mechanic. But knowing your way around a tool chest is a huge plus, and goes to the front of the list. It won't happen often but you shouldn't be afraid of a shovel to dig a hole, or climbing onto a roof to help with repairing a roof. Apply here. Wages based on abilities, minimum is $10/hour.
