Looking for talented individuals for part time general building maintenance and a wide variety of jobs on residential homes on the north side of Chicago. Duties include cleaning, painting, moving, drywall, landscaping, yard work. Even better if you have other skills like carpentry / simple plumbing / electrical / appliance repair. Please do not apply if you have little or no experience with any of the above or if you are addicted to drugs. We are home rehabbers and will know right away whether you are qualified. You don't need to bring tools ( but feel free to bring your own) but you do need a willingness to do a good job and bring a good attitude. Your boss is a hard working good guy who needs your help and is happy to compensate you for it. Part time hours 20-30 hours a week. Pay starts at $20/hour paid out on a daily basis. After a 2 week evaluation period, if your promptness, courtesy, and the quality and timeliness of your work is between good and excellent, we will bump you up to $25/hour and there will be ongoing work.
