Denton Affordable Housing Corporation (DAHC) has begun accepting bids to construct a 10’x12′, free-standing deck from pressure-treated wood.
Additional specs include:
- Deck walk surface and guardrail constructed with Trex material.
- Construction must comply with the American Wood Council’s Prescriptive Residential Wood Deck Guide.
DAHC will close the RFP Friday, June 11, 2021.
