This would be a great opportunity for a handyman who just wants to feel good while helping others and who prefers to work on an “as-needed, very flexible schedule” cash basis, performing an assortment of basic and routine, residential chores. Chores may include small touch-up painting tasks, mowing a lawn, repairing a broken fence, keeping the lawns clean and just plain “keeping residential things neat and tidy.” When responding, you may want to list any areas in which you have skills, such as: electrical, plumbing, masonry, boats, roofing, mechanical, painting, etc., as my friends may want your help too.
