20+ yrs experience on bass (also play guitar/drums/some keys) with plenty of stage time under my belt, looking to play rock, folk, Americana, reggae, funk, Latin, Motown, soul, ska, punk or blues. Not really into jazz. Please no modern "country," which is really pop music sung with a southern drawl. I can harmonize, but not interested in lead vocals. Hoping to perform ASAP, so a working band would be great, but willing to start something with the right people. Covers or originals fine with me. Currently renting, so cannot host. Me: 40 yo male, 420 friendly, semi-pro gear, practice PA, willing to drive up to 1hr away. My son stays with me on weekends, so can't practice on Friday or Saturday, but can schedule gigs with sufficient notice.
