Looking for a qualified individual or a couple to help us fix up and maintain our large property. Exterior needs include landscape-irrigation-garden installation, repair and maintenance; pasture fence installation and repair; some heavy lifting, weeding, pruning, planting; shed building, etc. For a well qualified person this could be 10-20+ hours a week for at least this summer - maybe longer. I have a backhoe and tractors and if you have some experience operating machinery it would be a plus. You will need your own truck for occasional hauling or picking up supplies. I reimburse for miles. House needs include general interior cleaning, organizing, and other household tasks (perhaps weekly or every other week for most of a day). Really need someone(s) who is Reliable, Honest, Hard working, Works well without constant supervision, and a a Good communicator (English). Hours can be flexible as long as we agree on a general schedule we can plan on. Start with a two week trial period. Drug test, background check required.
