Wanted a young energetic person to install underground utilities, grading and site clearing. Willing to train the right person to run equipment. Must have dependable transportation and good driving record. Bring recent MVR to the interview. Work is part time to start off(2-3days a week). Some weeks will be 30+hours. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND WILLING TO WORK ANYWHERE IN THE VALLEY!!!!! • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment. Experience working in Arizona heat- Jobs start as early as 4am • Strong working knowledge of job site safety • Perform other duties as assigned. Valid Driver's license and clean driving record CDL is a plus but not required • High standard of integrity and professionalism is required at all times. • Drug free at all times. • A high school diploma or GED required. • An ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management • Adherence to company policies and procedures including safety protocols Requirements: • Valid State Driver’s License • Self-motivated, ability to work independently with limited supervision • Desire to learn and grow with the company Must have a general labor, heavy lifting work background Must pass a background check and drug screen Valid license is a must.
